Main bathroom includes tub and shower. Hot tub off the lower deck. Large yard with fruit trees.

Located within walking distance to all amenities, including shops, ,library, restaurants, pub, docks and marina. Enjoy many activities on the island, including hiking, bicycling, boating, and fishing, canoeing / kayaking, and diving. Swim in the ocean at lovely Rebecca Spit, or take a short drive to our remote lake. There are many artists and crafts people on the island, so take a drive around the island and explore the many home based studios. No pets/no smoking

Location: 704 Cramer Rd.-From Quathiaski Cove ferry terminal, follow signs to Heriot Bay/ Cortes ferry. At the firehall turn left onto Cramer Rd. Located on the water side, above the government dock.
